My pre-recorded videos witch coaching service offers scheduled video workouts with a biweekly one hour coaching meeting. During the coaching meeting we will go over goals, next steps, and progress for nutrition, lifestyle, and movement. My rate is $50/month. For all my programs I offer a complimentary one hour consultation for you to ask me questions and determine if we will be a compatible coaching match.
For in-person personal training I have a rate of 30/hr for a minimum of a one hour session. This rate can be split among two individuals. A commitment and payment of 10 one hour sessions gives a special price of $250. This service also includes an in-person or virtual bi-weekly coaching meeting for nutrition, goal progress, and plan direction.
